This Privacy Notice explains how Asociación Queer Media, operating the Queer Art website at www.queerart.es (“Queer Art”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Site, contact us, or access the Artist Portal.

The data controller for the processing described in this Privacy Notice is Asociación Queer Media, in relation to the operation of the Queer Art website and related services.

Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

- artist profile information, including social links, profile-related information, and artwork submission details provided through the Artist Portal or contact forms;
- account and login-related data for authorized Artist Portal users, including email address, authentication codes, and technical login records;

- cookie and consent preference data, where relevant.
Queer Art does not currently process online payment data or checkout transaction data through the website because the Site does not currently offer direct online sales.
