He / Him / They / Them
Fable is a queer trans artist and biker based in Reading, United Kingdom. Working primarily in charcoal, he draws from queer community, life on the road and his experience as a trans man, turning intimate moments into direct studies of identity, embodiment and survival.
His practice moves between celebration and unease. Everyday objects, medical transition, grief and chosen community become ways of tracing how a body is lived, questioned and reclaimed. Informed by environmental conservation work and journeys by motorcycle, Fable’s images hold vulnerability alongside persistence, creating space for queer experience without simplifying its contradictions.
