He/ Him

RESt:art is the artistic practice of Ralf Egon Strauss, a German visual artist, qualified psychologist, and art therapist born in 1965. Based in Rhineland-Palatinate, he works across painting, collage, digitally altered photography, sculpture, installation, video, and conceptual art, combining creative experimentation with a strong interest in psychological experience.

Strauss runs his own small studio-gallery and regularly exhibits in his local region. His works include paintings on canvas, collages on paper and canvas, photographic prints on Gallery Bond, acrylic glass and Dibond, as well as reels and sculptural projects. He is also represented by Newman Galerie Berlin and the online gallery Pan Homo Art.
