Bathhouse

Bathhouse encloses layers of ink-drawn bodies within a transparent PVC chamber illuminated from inside. Umbrella, bust, light and hourglass turn the installation into a charged environment where public display and private desire overlap. The translucent surface allows figures to accumulate without settling into a single scene, recalling the bathhouse as a site of intimacy, anonymity and queer social history. Time, exposure and memory circulate through the suspended structure.
