Descension (Detail No. 2)

Descension (Detail No. 2) isolates a column of intertwined bodies against a deep blue landscape. The figures lift, balance and depend upon one another, forming a living structure whose strength is inseparable from its instability. Waterfalls and dark terrain frame the group as both monument and fragile community. Through this vertical chain, Mohr considers descent and ascent as shared experiences shaped by trust, vulnerability and collective survival.
