Marco Digrandi is a multidisciplinary artist born at the foot of Mount Etna in Sicily and currently based in France. Drawing has been central to his life since childhood, shaping a practice defined by curiosity, playfulness, and close observation of the people and environments around him.
Having studied in Italy, Germany, Spain, and China, Digrandi brings a distinctly international perspective to his work. His Sicilian roots inform his use of warmth and bold colour, while his experiences abroad have deepened his interest in different cultures and in representing people and communities that are often overlooked. With a background in architecture and psychology, his images balance structure and emotion. Inspired by Mediterranean light and 1990s anime, he works with simple forms and vibrant colours to create direct, human, and expressive compositions. His work has been exhibited in France and Spain.
